We celebrated Bacon’s 5th year anniversary at Bud’s on Friday and it was a rockin party! I ended up getting completely smashed, of course, which was right on par for my plans that evening.
Of course, I was a little upset on some of the people that didn’t show up, especially from some key players who were a part of Bacon since the very beginning and to the fact that they all said they were coming.
I was also stood up from Brandie that evening, and even she said she would be there. Maybe something happened, and she has a valid reason why she couldn’t attend, but I’ve yet to receive a call or message from her explaining why. Oh well, this is all too familiar territory and I’m not going to get stressed out about it. From the looks of things though, it just may be the end of it. Which I don’t get actually, cause the times we did go out, we had a blast!
So lock up your daughters. Lock up your wife. Lock up your back door and run for your life. Smokey’s back in town, don’t you mess me ’round!
Xbox Update: I also decided to purchase Tomb Raider: Legend this weekend, for the sheer fact that is was only $29.99. Woohoo.. you can’t go wrong with a game that price. Gal Wilder did say it was a short game, but it’s pretty fun, and definitely the best controls in the series. Plus, it’ll give me much more needed Xbox achievement points!
